If you follow along on my instagram stories, I was planning to create a space for myself in the basement. There was a cute little corner that was going to be the perfect nook!
Then...my basement flooded. My furniture had just come in the mail and I didn't want to put my new stuff in my basement. I decided to re-arrange my room and set up there. I had to get the approval from my sister Jeanette ( we share a room) but she was super supportive about it!
Here is the end result! I love it and it works great for me.
Laptop Case - It has a slight pink marble color in it, love it! Super sturdy too.
Plant - Found it on sale at micheals! Just linked it here, the set is $1.49! Such a steal.
Desk - I love this desk! It's great for small spaces. I don't have that much space in my room and this fits perfectly. I got it on amazon & the price has been going up! I bought it for around $140 and it's now at $160, so if you like it buy it! It was easy to assemble & sturdy.
Desk Pad - I love this because it covers my white desk and protest it but also it serves as a mouse pad & takes the place of a coaster. I didn't have to spend money on those two things when I was able to just buy the desk pad.
Chair - I was hesitant on buying this chair because some of the reviews said they bought it for their 'teen daughter'... I was like am I going to fit on this? LOL. None the lessI'm happy I ordered it. The price was perfect and with my room being a small space I really didn't need the arm chairs. It's a pure white in person and a nice velvety material.
Metal File Holder - This holds all my papers, files, and all my desk extras and keeps my desk looking neat.
Candle Holder -
Coffee Table Books - Love these books, use them to stack my candle on & think they are so chic.
Pencil Cup Holder - Love the gold wire! Price is right too.
Rug - love the vibrant blue color & print! I think it's so fun & fresh. This was my first time buying a rug and I told myself I didn't want to spend more than $100 so price was spot on.
