Work Wear Basics

Hi all!

Working in an office has made me hunt for the perfect work shoe, dress, pant, blazer, etc. I've found some great essentials that I wear on repeat, and I know a bunch of y'all would love them too!

1. Black & Gray Wrap Coat - I love a good coat! They make your outfits look so chic. Amazon has a bunch of great options. I also love this gray one on amazon as well! 
2. Classic LBD - I have searched high & low for the perfect black work dress. Not too tight, not too short, comfortable, versatile. Suitably keynote dress checks all those boxes! The brand is doing amazing things and is run by my friend Annabel which is amazing! It is crazy how IG can connect you to people and you can become friends. 3. Grace Karin Paper Bag Pants - The Holy Grail of pants. I can not even put into words how much I love these! I have black and olive. They can be dressed up or down, the quality is amazing. Not to mention they are super comfortable. I will most likely be ordering another color for spring!
4. Puff Sleeve top - A great basic. This is good in the summer alone, and great in winter/fall under blazers. They tuck nicely into skirts/pants as well. I have black & olive green.
5. Target Mules - I wear mules a lot, they look great with crop black pants. I love the target onesbut I have sooo many pairs! A great way to look a little more dressed up.
6. Slingback Cap Toe Heels - I am wearing these as I type this blog post! They are Chanel inspired and they are the perfect heel height for the office. I love that they are nude in black, they match with virtually everything.
7.  Sleeveless Vest - I love a sleeveless dress as a third piece to outfits in the office. If I'm wearing a sweater & leather leggings, I add a vest and boom it immediately makes the outfit more chic.
8. Boyfriend Blazer -  I love a boyfriend blazer because the fit is always more relaxed. I feel like it's less business and more business casual. I have so many and I usually get most from H&M, Target & Express. For a fun pattern one, I usually love h&m.
9. Tote Bag - I have had this tote for a gazillion years. I love that it is reversible and you can get two colors in one. It also holds a lot and keeps it shape. It has a piece at the bottom that keeps it all together. I also love a Satchel Bag - it's great for work because the crossbody strap is always helpful when you have a lot to carry.
