Hi all! Mother's Day is around the corner. I already ordered a couple things for my mom because I don't know hot long shipping will take due to the pandemic we are currently in. I also know that not everyone is shopping. Not everyone has 'extra money' even if that stimulus check hit lol. A follower of mine suggested to give some non-tangible gifts that moms would love. Here are a couple!
- Breakfast in bed - Make your mom her favorite breakfast and get her coffee/tea just right.
- Order from her favorite place to eat & bring her a bottle of her favorite wine.
- Create an at-home spa day. Paint her nails, give her a facial, blow out her hair, etc.
- Set up a bath for her, with a bath bomb or bubbles.
- Write a card. A really heart-felt card. Mom's always keep cards forever. Make sure to date it too!
- Watch her favorite movie with her.
- Jam out to her favorite artist/band & have a dance party.
- Do a work out together!
- When I was younger I would make a 'coupon book' for my mom. It would include vouchers for me to do the dishes, throw away garbage, cook dinner, etc. You could do something similar. Have her pick a day to have 'off' from being Mom.
- Plan a zoom party with your family! You can wish your aunts, grandma and all the mom's in your life happy mother's day. You could also make it have a 'theme' so everyone can dress up.
