April Favorites

Hi loves! What a month April has been. With my birthday, Easter & planning my vacation I've been so busy (but in the best way!) . I thought I would update you all on what I've been loving this year.

• 1. Moon magic jewelry - I love all the dainty gold pieces. This necklace & ring are so perfect & great for everyday. I picked up the Talar ring and the Solar necklace. They have too many cute things I want to purchase more.

• 2. Amerii rattan bag -I love this straw bag! I am trying to take minimal bags on my trip and this one is going to be so perfect. I can't even tell you how gorgeous it is in person! I love the white one. It is more of a cream color, but it is handmade & gorgeous.

• 3. Quay sunglasses- I really love the color of these, I don't have any like it. These were a gift from my friend Natalie and I can't wait to wear them all summer.

• 4. Pearl hair clips - If you did not know, hair accessories are the thing right now. Everyone has them & everyone is buying them. They are just too adorable not to get!

• 5. Top knot head bands - I can't get enough of headbands either! This one is handmade, so cute & locally made in Chicago by the sweetest girl. Her shop is worth checking out. I'm so excited for her new designs.

• 6. Don't despair, repair hair mask - I love their products! This is the second product I tried and it's so amazing. I love how soft my hair feels not just the day after, but 2 and 3 days after.

• 7. Nuria Defend Skin Restoring Serum - The smell of this serum honestly sold me! What I love about nuria it is a clean beauty brand & their brand is all about supporting women. This serum helps brighten face due to toxins in air & just dull skin in general. 

I always love to share some favorite finds with you ladies! I try to many new products and always like to let you all know which ones make the cut.

Spring Trends Report 2019

Who is craving warmer weather? I'm just waiting to be able to wear all my skirts, dresses & neutrals! There are some adorable trends popping up that I wanna share with y'all. 

                                                                      SHOES:

• Slip on Espadrilles - I will start with espadrilles - these are in trend every season and it's kinda sorta my favorite type of shoe. I just think the woven bottom is so feminine and fresh. I featured two types for you all in this post. I posted a slip on, which looks EXACTLY like the Chanel ones I have always wanted except with a smaller price tag. 

•  Black Wedge by Vince Camuto - The other espadrille is a classic wedge by vince camuto. I snagged these when they were being price matched because I know I'll wear a classic black wedge with all my summer dresses! Vince camuto shoes are also always so comfy. 

• Circus by Sam Edelman Mule - The last shoe I posted is this sam edelman slip in mule - I love a shoe like this for an effortless look. Slip these on instead of fast sandals and it will elevate your whole look!

BAGS:

• Straw Bag -There are three bag trends that are definitely in style for spring. The first one is the straw bag trend, which was in last year as well. I personally love the trend but you have to find the right bag. I got a new one this year from mango because I love the gold detail on the handles and chain. It gives it a fancier feel. 

• Clear/Translucent bag - I just got this in the mail! It's this clear/translucent style that is all over insta. People have been putting cute things in their bag (like a printed makeup bag ) to add some fun and dimension into your purse.

• Chanel Dupe from Amazon - Lastly, I love a classic looking bag. This bag is a Chanel Dupe for 32 and the quality is amazing! I am so excited to use this all season. 

ACCESORIES:

• Scarf  I bought this scarf to add to bags or put in my hair. This 'chain' print is coming back. I recall that my mother had a shirt in this print when I was a chid and I'm very fond of it. This scarf is a good way to try the trend out and see how I like it!

• Gold Earrings -  These earrings are such a statement and I have seen them everywhere all over instagram. I wanted to try this out and price was right on theses so I snagged them. I will say they are a little heavy but the style is just so cute that it is worth it.

Ultimate Christmas Wishlist 2018

Perfume // Glasses // Card holder // Portable Charger // Watch // Bracelet // Mules // Candle // Mug // Parka // Aviator Jacket // Turtleneck // Beanie // Makeup Organizer 

I wanted to highlight some items I'm asking for this year, in case you don't know what to ask for or need some ideas.

Chanel perfume - This is such a classic scent. I just finished my second bottle and I NEED the next.
Hermes perfume - I love how light it smells and it's good for everyday.

Warby Parker glasses - I have had a pair of these for two years and I love them. They are durable yet light weight and buying them is so easy. You can send 5 pairs to your home to try on and then find the  perfect fit. I want the Amelia, they have a slight cat eye that is just so adorable.

Saint Laurent card holder - I recently got the large envelope bag and this would be the perfect card holder to match. I don't use cash much so I think this card holder will be perfect for my bags to just throw it in and go.

Portable Charger - For the person who is always on their phone like ME! My phone is always low on battery so this is definitely going on my list.

Five foot charger - I hate not being able to reach my phone when it's charging. This is an easy gift that is sure to make me smile lol

Target fur mules - Now that it's getting cold out, my mules don't cut it. These cute fur ones will be so cozy for running around town.

Cute mug - I'm a sucker for a cute mug! Love giving and receiving them as gifts. I also love using them to store makeup and leave on my dresser as decor.

Candle - I burn candles year round. I love getting nice candles as gifts, you can't go wrong when gifting them!

Cozy turtleneck - I love camel sweaters during the fall and this ome is exactly what I would want. Love the loose turtleneck look!

Sam Edelman Parka- I love the fur hood on this coat. I also love the length, for Chicago winters, a coat like this is a must.

Rebecca Minkoff Watch- I have never owned a watch with a leather strap! I love the nude mixed with cold and the size of the faec of this watch. I could see this being my new everyday watch!

Beanie- These double pom beanies are everywhere and I think they are SO adorable! Grey is a color I don't have.

Monica Vinader Bracelet- I adore her jewelry! This gold bracelet can be engraved, which makes it SO perfect for gifting! I recently got one of her rings and I just love it! Such good quality and so beautiful.

Aviator Jacket -  These jackets are so edgy! I love the oversize look of them and can see myself wearing something like this a lot.

Makeup organizer-  I could always use some new organization! This organizer looks amazing and seems like it can hold a lot. Would be perfect for bathroom or a vanity.
